ID information – Investigators use this for a number of reasons, an id identifies who this person is, registered address, date of birth, picture of the subject. We can also search all previous ID’s that can tell you a history of changes lost card, stolen, plastic surgery, previous name and addresses. As ID number is used for most other searches like marriage and divorce, vehicles owned, tax employment records as an ID number is a unique number to that person where a name only is not.

House registration –Investigators use this to see who is registered as living in a certain property very useful if looking for husbands, children or whoever else is registered as living at the address, generally for owner of the property we need to obtain a copy of the house document from the local housing office as this will display owner and often if a mortgage is on this property.

Land/property search – These Investigations can only be done at the relevant district land and house office so if the search you are interested is in Pattaya this is the only office the data can be gathered as NO National register of this type exists, you may also find especially out in Isaan that some pieces of land do not have documents which means confirming owner ship with the village elder

Marriage and Divorce- This falls into two categories which are current status and past marriages and divorces current status will just tell you who they are registered as being married to at present nothing about the past. The other option will tell you all people they have been married or divorced with names and dates. For these to show in any search it must have been a registered marriage not just the ceremony performed.

An ID card cannot really show past marriages even searching back through past ID’s as it is pretty common for married Thai ladies not to change the ID, this is not illegal and often not changed as they want to keep single status in Thailand but also as they are lazy as it does require visits to the local council and having documents confirmed which can be time consuming and feel complicated.

Dependant – Investigating this will identify any children that were registered at birth to this individual. As many ladies in Thailand tend to deny any children or admit to fewer than they actually have this will tell you the truth, most of the time these children live out in the countryside with either the parents or husband or boyfriend who can also be either a ex or present.

Vehicle Plate Check – Investigators use this when a suspect vehicle has appeared during an investigation or even a vehicle you have noticed yourself and you wish to know who and where the owner is.

All vehicles Check -  Investigators use this to identify what and how many vehicles a certain person owns and addresses of these vehicles, this can also show if these vehicles have finance or not.
